We decided to not have a wedding planner but quickly realized that we needed help handling logistics on the day of our wedding. We decided to hire Macie and thank goodness we did. During our prep calls, she came prepared with questions (and solutions) we had never considered before. She helped us iron out all the details of our wedding ceremony and reception and was in constant communication leading up to the event. On the day of the wedding, she flawlessly executed everything we had planned and asked for. She went above and beyond to make our wedding as stress-free as possible. Our vendors loved her and made a point to tell us how well she handled a few last-minute changes. I can honestly say that we would have not been able to pull it off without Macie. I highly recommend her as a day of coordinator.

I have used Christy and Macie for two separate event now and I cannot say enough great things about my experience working with them! First, we used them for a Crawfish Boil Couples Shower. I had tons of ideas in my head and a vision of how I wanted things to look, but was pretty unsure of how to execute. After just two planning meetings, the Heller ladies nailed my vision and more! Christy thought of things I would have never known and helped us pull off the most beautiful shower! The second event was a bridal shower where I had a very specific theme in mind, but again had little idea on how to bring my vision to life. With their help and expertise, we had the most wonderful party that was exactly what my sister had dreamed of for her bridal shower! Having Christy and Macie by my side with planning and hosting these events gave me the confidence to go big with our vision. Thank you so much!
